How To Cook Korean Food- Tteokbokki


Soy sauce TTEOKBOKKI


 Hi! How are you? Our names are Sunny, Yujin, Jiyoon ! We're from South Korea.
Today we'll introduce to you  our favorite Korean food.
Original tteokbokki is very hot so that's why we chose this menu.
We hope this post is interesting to you and that you try to cook this for yourself!


Ingredients (for 4 people)
bar rice cake 1 pack, fish cake 2 slices, soy sauce 1/2 cup , sugar 1 cup, a little pepper, salt, onion,
 leek 1/2, tramping garlic, honey 1 spoon, mushroom 1/2 pack, hot pepper 1/2, some water,
meat 100g , add which vegetables you want.




Procedure

1. Prepare ingredient - julienne onion and slice fish cake, mushroom, hot pepper , dip rice cake in the water.
2. Make sauce - mix all of them (soy sauce, sugar, tramping garlic 1 spoon, pepper, honey)
3. Marinate meat with salt, pepper.
4. Fry prepared ingredients gradually (onion->meat->mushroom).
5. Pour water washed rice cake into other ingredients until dipping all of them.
6. Wait to boil.
7. Add rice cake.
8. Add sauce we made.
9. Wait to boil down.
10. Add fish cake and pepper.
11. Blend all things after that wait about 3 minutes..
